I can't access it most of the time. It takes a long time to load and freezes all the time.

Also, I didn't find an option to delete the Shortcuts.
I found nothing about this in existing articles search.
Does anybody know the solution for this issue?

Following up on my colleague Ramin's email to you. Were you able to reach out to one of your account's admin for access?
Also, to repeat what he mentioned about the loading time, the account has an extremely high number of shortcuts which can cause a slow down on the list page. We would recommend you notify your account admin to consider deleting any personal shortcuts that are no longer being used or were tied to an agent who no longer works at the company. Once you bring the shortcut number down, the page should load faster.
