Can we have offline chat on some pages while online on others on our website. like /candidate pages to have offline while /client to be online mode.
Also, can we have alerts only for specific type of chats like chats coming from /xyz only.

If you're using the web widget, you can use the suppress setting of Zendesk Chat to have the chat option not available. This will require some API wizardry from your developers though.
