If we select 'Custom launcher' for our Messaging Web Widget, the widget is no longer available in our Help Center/Guide even though we have selected to Add to help center via "Automatically embed Web Widget in your help center" . Is there a way to make it available in the Help Center/Guide with the Custom Launcher selected?

@morgan13 after you selected "Custom Launcher" did you add the code snippet to open and close the widget? More information here: Learn about using open and close APIs
Once you update your Guide theme the widget should show up correctly. Hope this helps!
Can you describe exactly how and where to place this? We've tried adding the open and show options in our help center code to no avail
