Hi

We are moving from Chat to Messaging, and lack the opportunity from chat like this:

 

When customer support is organized into countries and where customers enter, then I find no options to achieve this. It's not skill based, it's not language based, but visitor url based..

Looking forward to a direction on this one

Hey John! 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. At the moment, routing customers based on Page URL is currently not supported in Messaging. However we will have metadata API coming soon, which will allow businesses to tag a conversation based on the URL. We don't have an ETA when this will be available though. I highly suggest following our Zendesk Announcement page, to get real-time update as we launch new features and product updates.
