I need the ability for customers not just to search in the Zendesk help widget but access our full Help Center directly through a button that takes them to the help center URL.
Does anyone know how to do this?
I need to have a link/button in the Help Widget that takes customer directly to the full help center

Unfortunately this isn't possible at this time. Though I've added this as a feature request and passed it along to the corresponding dev team. If this gets added to the product roadmap - I'll let you know!
