I would like to use the Answer Bot, but I cannot configure the messaging settings.

How can I configure the settings to use the Answer Bot?

To enable Messaging, you must have at least a Suite Team plan subscription. If you are not subscribed to a Suite plan, you may consider upgrading your plan if the Messaging feature is essential to your workflow. For more information, you may check this article: About messaging.
 
Once Messaging is enabled, you may follow the steps here to enable the Answerbot: Configuring messaging responses for web and mobile channels.
