How to send messages for chat that were intiated via mobile sdk

We linked our app with zendesk and we have forms and chat view within the app, client when he talk to us a ticket are being created, so when Im creating a trigger I don't know what should I select in order to send the message to the same conversation,  the only method that worked is to send via email which is something will not support me here.

When a customer visits your mobile app with a Chat mobile SDK installed, Zendesk Chat recognizes the page title as Mobile chat connected. This can be used as a condition for all Chat triggers to fire only for mobile app users.
 
To create the Chat trigger
  1. Create a Chat trigger.
  2. Under Run trigger, select When a visitor has loaded the chat widget.
  3. Under Check conditions, select Check all of the following conditions.
    • Visitor page title | Equals | Mobile chat connected
    • Still on site | 10
    • Visitor served | Is false
  4. In Perform the following actions, add:
    • Send message to visitor |[agent name] | [message]
    • Set Triggered | Is true

Hi Ivan, for some reason I don't have the Chat trigger tab, I checked online but I didn't figure it out
