Is anyone have an idea how to have an answer bot but on Zendesk chat, I have tried to integrate it but did not find any way to link Guide with the Zendesk chat. Can anyone help please ?

I have looked for this in the past. From what I have found, there are add-ons that you can get from the marketplace. There are a lot of similar yet different ones so it might be worth a look around. They all allow testing/trials to see what you like/dislike first.
