I have an activated help center in my web widget, with one article which has "video" in the title. When searching in the web widget for "video" there are no results. What do I need to do so it would find articles from the help center?

If your "video" article is restricted (e.g., viewable by signed-in users only), then there's some setup you'll need to do to allow your web widget to display it -- see Using restricted help center content with Web Widget (Classic)
This is a quick and short way to show help center article in web widget. I have seen it before but forget where I found it. But it is really helpful for you.
