Different languages in the same country for chat form/webform and help centre?

I am trying to set up a chat in a bilingual country but the only option is by location. So it is the same location, all comes in in English. Do I need different brands, how do I do that?

Hi Olympia, 

If your website has a language picker, you can use the Web Widget Javascript API to set the local/language: https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/widget/core/#setlocale

Multiple brands are not necessary to accomplish this.
