Delay time issue during messaging

Hello, everyone!

In Messaging, some of our website's agents have challenges with timeliness.
Even after more than 10 minutes have elapsed, the time for all replies is always "less than a minute ago."
Is there a method to resolve this problem?

In regards to your concern, we recently had an issue with Zendesk Messaging causing delays but a fix was deployed already. Kindly check our post mortem report here for more information.
