Hello,
After authenticating the customer with the web widget (bot with JWT connection) on our site, if the customer asks to speak to an agent, this creates the customer account and the ticket on zendesk, but I don't see the email in the customer file. Can we send this info to the customer without going to zendesk?

If the customer doesn't have an end-user profile in Zendesk, you can add a step in the bot to ask for their name and email. Article for reference: Understanding answer step types
