The Zendesk cookies we use are not very consistant, sometimes, for ex- zlcmid cookie sometimes, get created twice.
And because of this cookie behaviour we are not able to manage multiple chats in one browser.
Can you please help us understand how can we start a new conversation in the new tab, if the user is not logged and if the user is logged how to mantain the conversation.

It will not be possible on classic widget. However, if you are on Messaging, and have a setup where it is common for users to share a browser, set the Web Widget settings under the Authentication tab to Forget history.
