Hi Zendesk support team,
My company uses Live chat. when you click "..." from the bottom of the chatting page, you can see a button it said, "sending the chatting history to e-mail" (can check the red box).
I found out a company does not have a "sending the chatting history to e-mail button".
Can I know how to remove the button?
