Our emojis are enabled in the companies chat but not for end users...Is this possible and how do they insert emojis to chat back to us?

About the emoji button on the Chat widget or option for the end-users to add emojis, I'm afraid there isn't currently a way to add an emoji option/toolbar in the web widget. We do have feedback posts where you can upvote and leave a comment with your use-case https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4409222695578-Emoji-s-for-End-Users, our Product Managers are constantly checking feature requests from our customers to be considered in our future updates.
