Add Checkbox for pre Chat form (pricacy opt-in)

Hello Community,
I would like to add a checkbox to my pre chat form

The checkbox exists as a ticket field

How can I add this to the Pre Chat Form in the Classic Widget?
Can I do this via script?

Has anyone implemented this? It's about an opt-in because of privacy.

    Hi Björn,
     
    In regards to your concern, if you're looking to implement it through the Web Widget (Classic): Natively it is not possible to add additional fields to the pre-chat form.
     
    However, for Web SDK: You can add additional fields to the pre-chat form and render the values of these fields using a custom-built chat app.
