Zendesk support for jira add reporting error suddenly
I tried reinstalling the add-on but same error coming .
No longer able to authenticate to Zendesk Support You’ll need to uninstall and reinstall the add-on then re-authenticate with a Zendesk admin user. This will not erase your data.

Can you try uninstalling the integration, and then in an incognito/private browser session, try to set up the Zendesk Support for Jira integration again as outlined here? Make sure to login as a user with the admin role on both Zendesk and Jira systems.
