Hey @abdelhameed, I haven't seen much in our community about Keycloak but I was able to find this external resource that could help point you in the right direction: How to: enabling SSO in Zendesk Using Keycloak SAML
Others may be able to chime in here with more experience with Keycloak but hopefully the link I shared is a good starting off point.
I managed to do the configuration but when the user sign-in and redirected to keycloak server for authentication a Page not found appears ! not sso login
