Hello,
I'm trying to integrate the zendesk crm into twilio flex and to do so I got help from this documentation link.
I am however blocked at one level because it seems to me that there must be a zendesk plugin to facilitate this integration but I can't find it.
Can someone share their integration idea with me?

The standard Zendesk/Twilio Flex integration only allows you to put Flex in an iframe the corner of Zendesk, it also requires you to have the Zendesk Talk Partner licences as well as a plugin installed in Flex and Zendesk.
Alternatively, If you want to put Zendesk inside Twilio Flex then suggest you use the slightly more advanced Ciptex Zendesk for Flex plugin which allows you to pop Zendesk tickets inside Flex Agent desktop (similar to below).
