Currently we have couple of applications installed in our Zendesk Instance which is great but I have noticed that it's not showing under User Profile and only under Ticket Level?

Is there a way that application installed also reflects under User Profile?

Hi Jahn,

Currently, it is expected that installed Apps are not displayed on the User Profile page.

We appreciate your feedback though! Hopefully, this is something that can be added in the future. Our Product Managers actively monitor our feedback threads, and conversations with high user engagement ultimately get flagged by the team for roadmap planning. Thank you!

Hi Christine Felicia - then how come we have this field in Zendesk User Profile which is for applications I believe?

Hi Jahn,

I apologize it was a mistake when I said earlier that it's expected not to display apps on the User profile page. To correct this, the applications that appear on the Apps panel on the User profile actually depend on the application location (this is not editable and would vary depending on the app developer).

You can see this information when you access the specific app settings.

For example:

Only applications with 'location: User Profile' (1st screenshot above) can be visible in the User Profile Apps panel.
