Currently using Zendesk Support for internal user support, I plan to implement a CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
Is there a CMDB recommended to use in complement with Zendesk Support ?

You would want to reach out to the developers of the app to confirm that information. We wouldn't have that information on our end since we're didn't create the app unfortunately.
You should be able to find their contact information directly on the app page in our marketplace.
