Is there a way to do this in Zendesk currently? I have many tickets where I need equipment ordered and it would be great if there was a way to tag or color cod them so they stand out but as far as I can see, it's not possible. Any tips?

I think the best way to do this would be to add a custom checkbox field to your tickets to indicate that equipment needs to be ordered, and then to create a View for tickets where equipment needs to be ordered, that filters on that tag or checkbox and only shows tickets that match.
