Hi all,
We have a new customer SLA that requires 24/7 monitoring of incoming tickets. We are a small UK based team, so some of us will need to wake up in the night to work on a ticket if we receive one during that time.
I'm trying to find out if Zendesk (maybe through Marketplace) can send notifications through phone calls, so that the team can wake up and work on the ticket.
Would appreciate any ideas on this please.
