Hello dear Zendesk Community
I'm relatively new to Zendesk. What I am searching for is an app/extention for creating workflows for my agents.
If we have topics that are difficult to answer for new Agents for example I would like to have some guide to guide them interactivelly:
For example you have the Topic you could choose, then it gives you the oportunity to choose between different undertopics so the agent could go through through the paths until he gets the right way to answer the ticket.
Does anyone know if there is an app or something to use for this?

Natively, we don't have such interactive guides designed for your use case. However, I have tried to search for similar apps in the Marketplace and I have found an app with a similar functionality. I cannot vouch for this app for I have not used it personally. Feel free to try it to determine if it can serve your purpose. You can also browse through similar app on our Marketplace.
