Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to close a ticket directly on Salesforce and report this information so that the ticket is also closed on Zendesk.
If the Zendesk standard does not allow this, is it possible to do this through APIs?

Our native sync is one-way from Zendesk to Salesforce, so solving the ticket in Zendesk can update the status of the Case in Salesforce
If you want to update the status of the case and have it update the ticket in Zendesk, that’s a custom workflow and you'd have to leverage the Ticket Update endpoint of the REST API
