Hello,

Is there a way to activate notification other than email notification (like in Facebook) in Support when a Requester update a ticket ?

Hi @Renaud Croix, if I understand correctly, you would like to configure something like pop-up alerts for ticket assignees, whenever a requester would reply to a ticket?

If that's the case, check out the Notify app in the Marketplace.
