We are trying to create Drift integration LLM experience POC. The goal is to use a test playbook provided by Drift coupled with our content on the backend.
Kindly provide steps for the same.
What i need help with:
1. A dedicated landing page in zendesk on support that is only internally accessible. The landing page is where we would interface with Drift.
2. Leverage the existing native Zendesk/Drift integration to provide Zendesk content to Drift.

Zendesk did not create the integration with Drift so we lack the documentation or tools needed to assist here but to answer your question.
1. Are you referring to the Zendesk Support dashboard where the ticket comes in? If this is the case then it will always require a login and only be accessible by internal users (Agents).
2. We do not have a native integration created for Drift but it seems that Drift is the one who created the integration. This is why we highly recommend that you coordinate with Drift to raise this issue.
