Hello everyone,
I am still new to Zendesk community, I am trying to study the possibility to implement the solution for our costumers in the future , what i need to ask you is : is it possible to set up multiple web portals with different branding for our customers but centralize all the request and tickets in one agent view .
Please share with me your ideas and resources if it is possible .
