Microsoft teams voice integration

Currently our telephony system is with ring central and the interface we have with zendesk allows incoming/outgoing calls to display in zendesk. Tickets are created from incomin calls and links to call recordings are associated with tickets.

However we are moving to MS teams voice and just wondering if zendesk offered the same integration? I'm having a hard time finding anything, but can't imagine there isn't something available with MS teams being so popular.

Hey @steven18

We are also using MS Teams and we are also facing the problem to integrate voice in our Zendesk instance and to use the possibility to receive tickets or even the hint to call the customer in case the call was not sufficient etc..

I have learned that there are existing partners which can assist you.
