Is there a way zendesk can allow us the ability to create a mass email blast for however many individuals we are trying to communicate the same message to and instead of having everyone attached to one solid ticket the system would allow us the ability to create one mass message but automatically create individual tickets.

There are some apps in our Apps Marketplace that I think may be helpful with this: Proactive Tickets, Proactive Campaigns, Proactive Bulk Tickets, and Mailchimp Campaign are some examples to check out.
