Jira integrations update to support Jira 9

Hello 

The Jira app does not support Jira 9 and no longer works. Please can I have an ETA on when it will be upgraded?

    Hi @paul33,

    While Zendesk isn't currently compatible with version 9.12.

    You may look at and see which versions of the Jira server we're compatible with here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211941/zendesk-support-for-jira/version-history
