Hi, I need to track if the link was opened from Zendesk ticket
Is there any way to track link opens in Zendesk tickets?
We suggest Email Tracking app for this purpose. It has a new link tracking option. You can see who followed the link and when it happened. The app sends notifications with the exact link and time of opening. Also, there is a report page where you check the performance.
