We're looking for a Zendesk-integrated tool to create step-by-step troubleshooting and standard operating procedure flows (hyperlinked flowcharts) for both the agents and customers. A product called Procedure Flow looks like it fits the bill, but it's not tied into Zendesk.
Can anyone recommend a similar product?

Hi Josine - You could also check out our Flowset App which supports the agent experience, although not directly the customer experience. Flowset guides agents, reducing handling time and increasing accuracy.
