Hi there.

Hi there!

My company has a nice chatbot developed with IBM Watson Assistant that works pretty well using the WhatsApp interface to communicate with mobile users. Now, we are looking for an user interface that does not depend on WhatsApp. We plan to create a QRCode that when read by the user will drive him/her to a Web Landing Page. From this page, the user would select to chat with our already existing chatbot. Which feature of the Zendesk suite would be able to take care of the mobile user interface for us?

Hi José - if you're looking to have a custom chat powered by IBM Watson specifically for mobile users and route it through Zendesk's systems/UI, the mobile SDK is likely the best tool for this sort of implementation. The mobile SDK provides the framework to pass mobile user information/chat within your app to Zendesk, with the ability to create your own UI as needed, as well as integrate chat bots. Information on the SDKs broadly can be found here, and in case it can help, some basic sample apps here. To note though, our support here can only provide help with native functionality, so while I'm happy to point you towards the SDKs, it will ultimately be up to your team to evaluate/implement the SDKs.
