My company has a nice chatbot developed with IBM Watson Assistant that works pretty well using the WhatsApp interface to communicate with mobile users. Now, we are looking for an user interface that does not depend on WhatsApp. We plan to create a QRCode that when read by the user will drive him/her to a Web Landing Page. From this page, the user would select to chat with our already existing chatbot. Which feature of the Zendesk suite would be able to take care of the mobile user interface for us?
