Currently, we use Time to record time within tickets, as image below:
However, at certain times I need to edit a entry that was made incorrectly.
Currently I have to create a new ticket and do all the time entries again.
Is there a way to edit or delete an entry made within a ticket using Time?
I would also like to know the answer to this.

There isn't a way to edit the time submission from within the app once the time has already been submitted. You can, however, enable the "Edit time submission" setting from within the app, to give permission for the agent to review and edit their time spent on a ticket.
