Working with Grammarly (Chrome extension), I can fix mistakes in the reply dialog. However, in the side conversation. It marks the errors but does not apply the changes after you hover > select the correction.
Any solution for that?

Funny, Grammarely is one of your clients, using Zendesk as their support ticketing system. How come they haven't seen this? I wrote them a message, and I will keep you updated if this is on their side or your side.
