While trying to initialize the SDK in React native I am able to run it properly in iOS platform but in Android I am getting the error “Zendesk failed to initialize”

Hi Ashish! We don't support React Native on the mobile SDKs at this time. However, the fact that it works in iOS but not on Android seems to indicate an issue with the way the the channel key is being loaded on the Android side. I would recommend focusing your troubleshooting in that area, since the error message that you're receiving seems to indicate to me that that is where your issue lies.
