Hi,
I am wondering is there a function that we can see all the files uploaded in a case on the right side (red circle on below picture), instead of scrolling up and down to find the file if we have several conversation and file uploading in a case?

Hi Midas, we do have a Zendesk App that can do that: Attachment Manager
