Email forwarding from wordpress

Hello everyone, on our site we have a form created with contact7 that sends emails to our address hello @

Once the request is sent from this form, it is correctly redirected to zendesk and becomes a ticket.

I created another form, with the wpforms plugin, which always sends emails to hello @, the problem is that the emails arrive correctly on gmail but are not redirected to zendesk and converted into tickets.
Can someone help me?

Hi Mike, yes i have read this article.

Like my previous post, the email coming by contact7 form are successfully redirected to zendesk.

The problem is for new form, the email is not redirected.

By checking the gmail settings, there is a general rule that all mails must be forwarded to zendesk, but as mentioned, new mails arrive on gmail but not on zendesk.

Hi May,

Based one the ticket that was created for L’équipe, it has something to do on how their support address has been setup. All emails are just currently being forwarded to subdomain.zendesk.com. However, it is recommended to add the address as support address to your Admin Center (as described here: Adding an external support address). There's a high possibility that some emails won't successfully create tickets if you do not configure the address as an email channel in the Admin Center.
