Hello everyone, on our site we have a form created with contact7 that sends emails to our address hello @
Once the request is sent from this form, it is correctly redirected to zendesk and becomes a ticket.
I created another form, with the wpforms plugin, which always sends emails to hello @, the problem is that the emails arrive correctly on gmail but are not redirected to zendesk and converted into tickets.
Can someone help me?
