We're working on a Form with custom yes/no fields that we'd like to then create new task tickets for the "yes" answers via Trigger. I'm having trouble finding a solution for this, or maybe marketplace apps that could achieve this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, it is coming from a Zendesk ticket Form. We are looking at the SweetHawk Tasks and Subtickets app available in the Marketplace. Seems like it is a highly recommended addon, but are interested in ways to achieve this all within Zendesk too, or maybe other Marketplace apps.
Yes, there are a few apps in the marketplace that allow you to create "linked" or "child" tickets through the app. It's also possible to build a workflow to accomplish this using a trigger to notify a webhook to create the new ticket. The SweetHawk team actually has a demo doc on building out a similar workflow.
