hi everyone, i have the following issue: when we try to make the integration between Zendesk Support with JIRA,we get the following message: sorry, but something got wrong! this occurs every time we try to press 'configure' button on "manage apps" page (under Zendesk Support for JIRA) in Jira Software.

Could you please provide us with your Zendesk subdomain so we can confirm which account you're asking about? If you're not sure what your subdomain is, have a look at the URL you use to access Zendesk. For example, in companyname.zendesk.com, 'companyname' is the subdomain.
