The Zendesk Product Team is looking to speak with customers about how you manage deadlines, reminders, and notifications when working on tickets that involve multiple steps, tasks, or approvals. Your feedback will directly inform future product improvements.

 

What’s involved?
• 60-minute remote interview
• Between March 31st and April 10th
• $100 USD eReward (redeemable at retailers like Amazon)
