Joining this program gives you the chance to influence the development of this feature and make your customer support more efficient through the use of AI agents.
Eligibility Criteria
To join this EAP, we ask that you have the following in your Zendesk instance:
- Active help center
- Existing ticket data
- Not yet using AI agents
- Available Automated Resolutions (included in all Zendesk Suite and Support plans)
How to Get Involved
If you're interested in joining, you can sign up here.
You will receive an email informing you if you have been chosen and any next steps if necessary. Please note that some sign-ups may not be granted access at this time, depending on eligibility criteria.
For those accepted, the feature will be automatically enabled in your Admin Center upon approval to participate in this EAP and the admin who registered for the EAP will be contacted via email. We will provide guidance on how to have the feature disabled should you decide to discontinue participation.
