Zendesk Talk Live: Change business hours

In the explore section we currently use Talk Live to report on live data after a specific time. 

I was wondering if there is anyway to change  the hours (as pictured) that is set on the dashboard to conform to business hours that are specified by the organisation?

If not is there anyway to get up to date live data regarding the same metric presented on the dashbaord? I have tried using the data set of Zendesk talk but the data seems to be 2 hours behind live.

Hi Vijay,

Given your specific scenario, you'll want to start using Explore Live dashboard.  It will give you real-time updates (every 10 seconds unless there's connection issues) which is what you're looking for.

Hi David, 

Thank you for your reply. The Zendesk live dashboard does not contain all the metrics we are looking for. I believe it is still in Beta phase?
