Hello :)

I'm looking for a way to report how long each ticket has been assigned to specific support groups defined in our company. Is that possible?

Could you please try this recipe - Update handling time by agent?
After that please group updater names (agents) into specific support groups via Explore recipe: Creating advanced groups
