Is there a way to get the ticket reference number from Explore?

I Need to reference the ticket id number aging the original ticket id
suppose an agent creates a Zendesk ticket id and sends it to the relevant person and then the seller follows up again on the same ticket id.

You should be able to add the Ticket ID attribute to your Explore reports as mentioned in our reference guide here: Metrics and attributes for Zendesk Support
