I need to create a simple dashboard

Table

Column 1: Ticket Link

Column 2: Ticket Subject Line

I need to be able to apply a filter that filters down to specific organizations by name. However, reports need a metric to aggregate on which is not what I am looking for here.

Could someone please step me through creating this. Thanks

Hey MB!

Are you just trying to hide the column from your table that’s showing your metric? If so, I’d just click the “chart configuration” button, click “columns”, & then click the little eye under “visible” that’s on the column where the metric is (probably the last column). That should hide it from your report, & then you can add it to a dashboard if that's what you're looking to do. It'll still show up if you export it to a .csv, but you won't actually see it within Explore if you're just looking there. Apologies if I'm misunderstanding your question though. Just let me know!

Hey MB,

Building on Jill's response, the metric of tickets (COUNT(Tickets)) should be what you need to add to generate the report (attributes in this case would be row: Ticket ID, Ticket Subect).  You can then leverage either or a filter or the drill in feature to filter down to a specific organization by name.  Let us know if you need any more assistance!
