Is there a way to report on which of my agents added internal comments to tickets and how many tickets in a specific time frame?

Hey Jennifer,
 
If you use the updates history dataset there is already a default metric you can use of tickets updated w/ internal comment. Then it is just a matter or adding updater name for your agents and the update date for your time frame and this should be a great starting point for you.
