I need some help in creating a report where I need to look for 3 or 4 different key works within Ticket Summary field and wondering if anyone had to do something similar and can assist me.
Yes - I can setup separate reports for each keyword, but wondering if there is a way to have 1 report.
Let me know if anyone have any ideas on above.
