How can I create a metric to report on the Last Agent to Update a Ticket with a Public Comment on a support ticket?

In this post comments (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360048868254-Explore-Reporting-on-Latest-Update-by-Assignee-) I made a suggestion that you could create a metric that would calculate the hours from now and present the MIN value to identify the latest row/record.  For your case, you could add more criteria to the metric to only calculate for posts where the user is not an end user and the comment is public.
